This is especially necessary for Apple MAC computers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The recommended aspect ratio is 16 : 9, however the 4 : 3 ratio is also possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Audio files, if used, should be integrated in a PowerPoint such as mp3<\/strong> or wav<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Video files, if used, should be integrated in a PowerPoint presentation such as mp4, mov, wmv<\/strong>. Do not use Flash movies! Do not use hyperlinks to start the movies, do not use movies from the internet like Youtube!<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bring your presentations in preference on USB-Memory stick. USB Hard-Disk Drive is also possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Posters<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Maximum poster dimensions (vertical presentation DIN A0<\/strong>). Width 841 mm, Height 1189 mm<\/p>\n\n\n\n We suggest designing your poster in the following sections:<\/p>\n\n\n\n The title should be emphasized by the use of bold<\/strong> typeface. This writing should be easily readable at a distance of 2 – 3 meters.
