The conference will reflect the current challenges in the thematic areas and is oriented to professionals from the wood, paper, printing and packaging industries, suppliers of materials and equipment, a significant space will be devoted to education and research, teachers, researchers, and students and all those interested in wood processing, paper, and printing.
The conference program will consist of the joint plenary and two separate sections of Wood, Pulp and Paper 2025 and Polygrafia Academica 2025.
Instruction for the authors
The speakers should represent their results in a compact form with the duration of the lecture up to 20 minutes (include discussion). The short comment speakers should present their contributions for up to 10 minutes. Those who wish to contribute with a poster should prepare it with the size 90 × 120 cm. A short abstract (2—5 sentences) should be sent by December 15th, 2024. Confirmation of paper acceptance — till January 10th, 2025. The full-text paper contribution should be sent until February 14th, 2025, in 4 to 6 pages A5 format. The peer-reviewed ISBN conference proceedings will include all contributions and posters presented at the conference.

Transport
The entrance to our car park is from Školská street. You can park in front of the hotel or in the underground garage, which is reserved for hotel guests and from which you can comfortably reach the hotel reception by elevator.
As far as the public transportation is concerned, please use the tram number 7 and get off at the stop named Blumentál. Go back approximately 30 metres and you can see our hotel on the right side. You can also use the tram number 1 from the railway station and get off at the stop named STU – Slovenská technická univerzita, than go towards the big church and after approximately 100 metres you can see our hotel on the left side. You need to buy ticket for 30 minutes at tram stop in front of railway station – there is an orange ticket machine for coins. For more information, please visit: http://www.dpb.sk.
As far as the public transportation is concerned, please use bus number 61 from the Bratislava airport and go to the bus stop named Račianské mýto, than change to tram number 3 or number 5 and get off at the stop named Blumentál. After approximately 30 metres you can see our hotel on the rigth side. TAXI
Of course you can also use the services of Taxi Carriers. More than 20 licensed taxi companies are registered in Bratislava. Before the taxi starts driving, check if the driver has the taximeter on. When paying, you can round the amount up to the nearest euro cent or the whole euro. It is better to order a taxi by phone than to stop it on the street. The starting amount is between EUR 5 and EUR 15. The taxi driver is obliged to issue a receipt to the customer if they so request. All taxis have multiple fares: lower when ordering by phone, higher when stopping a taxi on the street or boarding a taxi stand. The taximeter in the taxi shows two values: the fare rate and the total cost of the trip.

The Danube Port is located on the banks of the Danube and is about a 10-15 minute walk from Hotel Saffron. You can also use public transportation by taking tram number 4 towards Nové Mesto train station. Get off at the Americké námestie stop. Hotel Saffron is only a 1-minute walk from there.

Doprava
Vstup na parkovisko je z Školskej ulice. Parkovať môžete pred hotelom alebo v podzemnej garáži, ktorá je vyhradená pre hotelových hostí a z ktorej sa pohodlne dostanete k recepcii hotela výťahom.
Ak pricestujte do Bratislavy vlakom na Hlavnú stanicu a plánujete využiť verejnú dopravu, použite električku číslo 7 a vystúpte na zastávke Blumentál. Choďte späť asi 30 metrov a na pravej strane nájdete hotel Saffron. Môžete tiež použiť električku číslo 1 zo železničnej stanice a vystúpiť na zastávke „STU – Slovenská technická univerzita“, potom choďte smerom k veľkému kostolu a po približne 100 metroch môžete vidieť hotel Saffron na ľavej strane. Na električkovej zastávke pred železničnou stanicou si musíte kúpiť lístok na 15 minút – pre mince je k dispozícii oranžový automat na lístky. Viac informácií nájdete na: http://www.dpb.sk.
Ak pricestujete do Bratislavy leteckou dopravou a na cestu z letiska plánujete využiť verejnú dopravu, použite autobus číslo 61 z bratislavského letiska a choďte na autobusovú zastávku „Račianské mýto“, potom prestúpte na električku číslo 3 alebo 5 a vystúpte na zastávke „Blumentál“. Po približne 30 metroch môžete vidieť hotel Saffron na pravej strane. Pred príletovou halou na letisku si musíte kúpiť lístok na jednu hodinu – na autobusovej zastávke – je tu oranžový automat na mince. Viac informácií nájdete na: http://www.dpb.sk/.
Ak pricestujete do Bratislavy autobusom a plánujete využiť z Hlavnej autobusovej stanice na Mlynských Nivách verejnú dopravu, použite prosím trolejbus č. 210 alebo autobus č.21 z autobusovej stanice „Mlynské nivy“ a choďte na zastávku s názvom „Račianské mýto“, potom choďte na električku číslo 3 alebo 5 a vystúpte na zastávke s názvom „Blumentál“. Po približne 30 metroch môžete vidieť hotel Saffron na pravej strane. Musíte si kúpiť 60 minútový lístok. Pred budovou autobusovej stanice sa nachádza oranžový automat na mince. TAXI
Pre dopravu samozrejme môžete využiť aj služby Taxi dopravcov. V Bratislave je zaregistrovaných vyše 20 licencovaných firiem, poskytujúcich taxislužbu. Prv, než taxík začne jazdu, zistite, či má vodič zapnutý taxameter. Pri platení môžete sumu zaokrúhliť na najbližší eurocent alebo celé euro smerom nahor. Výhodnejšie je objednať si taxík telefonicky, než ho zastaviť na ulici. Počiatočná suma sa pohybuje v rozmedzí od 5 EUR do 15 EUR. Taxikár je povinný vystaviť zákazníkovi účtenku, ak o to požiada. Všetky taxislužby majú viac sadzieb jazdného: nižšie pri objednávke cez telefón, vyššie pri zastavení taxíka na ulici alebo nástupe na stanovišti taxíkov. Taxameter v taxíku ukazuje dve hodnoty: sadzbu jazdného a celkovú cenu jazdy.

Dunajský prístav sa nachádza na nábreží Dunaja a od Hotel Saffron je vzdialený cca 10-15 minút chôdze. Môžete využiť aj hromadnú dopravu a využiť električku č.4 smerujúcu na ŽST Nové mesto. Vystúpte na zastávke Americké námestie. Hotel Saffron je odtiaľ iba 1 minútu chôdze.
