Project Manager, External PhD student | Department of Wood, Pulp and Paper of Institute of Natural and Synthetic Polymers | Faculty of Chemical and Food Technology of Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, Slovak Republic | Pulp and Paper Research Institute, Bratislava
I work in the field of first and second-generation biofuel research since joining the workplace of Pulp and Paper Research Institute in Bratislava in 2009 and I solve challenges in this research area from the point of view of organic and bio-organic chemistry. Of course – and the name of my workplace supposes that – something has also stuck to me from research in the field of paper chemistry. I work closely on projects with companies in the pulp and paper industry. Maybe it’s not apparent from the photo, but I am still a student and in my second doctoral study where I do research – as I usually do – in the field of pretreatment processes for lignocellulosic biomass in the production of the second-generation bioethanol. When time allows, I like to travel and meet people while enjoying good tea. My family of seven including myself spend almost all free time together.
